Topic #4: Team Norms

It is our desire within the culture of Church Movements, that each staff member (all employee categories) is prepared, confident and flourishing in their role as a Partnering Church Planter,  Partnering Church Catalyst, or specialty role. 

We all need to be spokespersons for Cru Church Movements in order to cast vision for our mission while developing financial support, recruiting others, developing partnerships, etc…

We also want our staff to feel known by their cohort, position focus coach, regional and national leadership.

It is vital for us all to accept the CM Norms and Staff Engagement Expectations. Please, take a few minutes and carefully study this document which describes requirements, exceptions and accountability.

All CM ministry information is to be located on our official website (churchmovements.com).  If you have ministry content or initiatives you would like included in this website – please submit your content, along with a description of your ministry goals and purpose for having the content on the CM website,  your expectations for how it will be used (ie: will you need a feedback mechanism or registration capability?) and what you would like to name your initiative/project  to the Executive Director(s) of Church Movements. Your request will be reviewed and we will be in dialogue with you about your request! Thank you!
